The ***ULTIMATE*** what shoes do you wear thread

I ride barefoot all summer. If it's cold, I rock the O'Neill SuperFreaks. They don't have much support, but so far they have been plenty durable/warm/comfortable.

+1, I like the low-cut O'Neils in summer and the high top booties in (Florida) winter. Comfy, designed for use in water.
Only thing I don't like about the high tops is they don't have drainage holes, so you get some sloshing when walking around on the beach, but never notice when riding.

i use Adidas goodyear (racing style) shoes. you can get them from journeys. they are really low rise and dont absorb to much water due to the lack of material.

Xeon, can you post a pic of these shoes or a link? They sound great.

I wear the ones from Yamaha. $54 bucks. They get a bit loose when they get wet so I tie them up tight. The size runs a bit big but overall I'm happy w them.

sandy wrestling shoes, :irked:

Not a big deal when dock launching 100% of the time at Lake of the Ozarks, but extremely annoying at the river.

Where you do guys get the booties to wear in them?
