Yeah you should see his work. He was also very disappointed I only wanted 2 colors. When it gets re done it will be amazing. We discussed the Colors and designs tonight. Going for a re styled retro ski design. Lot of influence from his racing days on custom 440, 550's
This is his 750 before he finished all the airbrushing.
This is what he considers an ok job. We where really rushed for time and it wasn't prepped as well as it could have been and has some other minor flaws. If I wasn't leaving tm he would have sanded it down and re done. Pics where taken about 3 hours after it was sprayed. Also why I had to leave it. He has it on a heat cure so it will be ready to travel tomorrow. Far as I'm concerned it looks great! Best one I've ever had.

The biggest reason this is happening is my wife. She has out up with my craziness and ski building in the house. Even encourages it every chance she gets. Has hunted down parts left and right. Tools and anything else I could think off. If you see her in Daytona please say thanks for me. Never happen without her.
And I think I owe her a new kitchen table now. It's got everything from epoxy 5200 yamabond and several big scares from this.

Just load it all up and bring it......... Get you one of those smaller fold out tables. Set it up next to ski and use it as work bench, I did that at the Southern Fried Freeride.........

you guys are soo lucky to be able to road trip it to ride. I have a few more years till the girls are old enough that I can take off in the winter. usually chase snow around new England but there isn't any this year! Daytona is only 18 hours from me. Drive safe and steady brother. have fun!

Dude, that thing looks great with a pole and hood on in the truck. The color looks real cool, I'm sure it's even better in person too.
Just got to town come by and have a brew sometime. Pics make it look better. It never got wet sanded or buffed no time. Kid it's getting re done before spring it's still slick enough for me!
