So it's to much to ask how much HP a motor that someone is gonna drop $10k on?!? I for one would never drop that kinda coin without any #'s. Call it what you want, but inquiring minds wanna know.

Gil. You do alot to help people here. Your basically a good guy. And yet you and your buddies come in and just act like immature asses. Dump on threads. Then you constantly bring up chit just trying to stir up more chit. It really gets old. If you did not pull your jeckyl and Hyde routine you would be one of the most like people here. Honestly. You kinda remind me of how Pete use to act. He would explode with all this crap about how he has helped so many people and yet he was the cause at the time of many problems. Funny thing is l like you both and consider you both friends.

I am NOW able to respond like a grown adult....
1st of all I am a little upset that you put Pete and I in the same category. Every time Pete went off he had the intent to kill somebody if he could have, every time I 'go off' it is in a joking matter (possibly at someone else's expense, but light hearted none the less). As far as the thread dumping goes, pot, meet kettle. As far as stiiring the pot, pot, meet kettle again. As far as Jeckyl and Hyde, not so much. I like to cut up and have fun and also enjoy helping people obtain ski's that run really well. I want everyone to have what I have. You know 1st hand the pain and suffering I endured for 2 years to get where I am now as far as well performing ski goes and now I enjoy helping people benefit from what I learned. (for free) lol If you haven't learned by now, the easiest way to get me messing with you is to talk a bunch of crap about how good you are and how your products are the best. It's my opinion that the best way to brag about product performance is to simply let the product speak for itself. I think DASA has been doing this for years now and look at the current trend. Pat and Chuckie DO make awesome products, but would be better off letting their customers do the bragging just as I did after I recieved my X METAL adj handle pole that is the finest pole on the market today!!!

Now-you and I know what all this is REALLY about and you know my number. lol I would say something witty like catch you on the flip side, but I can't flip or roll. LOL

I'll apologize to. X metal upset me at the last free ride. And while i don't think some of the things they have done is good business they do have some great products. so props to them for innovation.

Simple question, without a simple answer. If you had all the engines in the same shop on the same day and dyno'd them on the same machine, yes you'd have numbers you can compare, but that has never happened. Dynos can be made to read whatever you want them to read, and if shop ABC says their 1200 puts out 180hp, then shop DEF might say their's puts out 185hp just to one-up ABC. It may not be the truth.

Also, torque is what turns the screw really, not peak HP.

x2, its a simple question

oh man the last guy to break 200 HP had a 212HP X2.

I have absolutely no complaints about my SS865(827). Except that it drinks gas. But anything making big power drinks gas.

tell you what. i've got access to an engine dyno. who wants to put their money where their mouth is? wdk1200 vs dasa1200 vs xm1200 vs pfp 1.1L i'll have two of the motors on hand. i would love to see the results.
