The horse and buggy service just dropped this off.

I'm seriously impressed. This is outstanding craftsmanship.

The delay sucked but turned out to be worth the wait. Huge thanks to Tim for making this happen.

NOTE: Tim said that the stinger water pipes are not drilled. This is on purpose.
He suggests drilling the following:
▪ 0.120" (3mm / #31) hole without a flow control valve
▪ 0.240" (6mm / letter B) hole if using a flow control valve

Wow, that looks incredible! I was knee-deep in my rebuild when these were originally offered, and i didn't jump on this at the time. i definitely regret that now.

I'm keen to buy one now if more will be produced!

I will continue to make them in batches of 25.
But I have to amend my delivery time to say could take up to 6 months to get.
I know the lead time sucks but I'm not taking any more chances on being so late on delivery after doing such a bad job on my delivery time of the first batch.
I don't fire see all the problems that life has thrown hitting again but if I promise long and deliver better I won't get so upset about not doing what I promised in time frame I set for those who forked out there hard earned cash.

No association with Rad Dudes myself but they have all the components to make this chamber work in a SuperJet.

Exhaust tube: http://www.raddudesfi.com/raddudesfi.com/Part_-_NYNJA_Chamber_Kit_SJ,_Rickter,etc.html Not needed per Tim's post below!
Front bracket: http://www.raddudesfi.com/raddudesfi.com/Part_-_Lord_Mount_for_NYNJA_Chamber.html
Lord mount: http://www.raddudesfi.com/raddudesfi.com/Part_-_Lord_Mount_Bushing_-_Stainless.html

I just received a front bracket from them last week and it's very well made. I didn't realize they made a tube as well. It would save some fabrication time.

What type of hammer is best for making small clearance dents in a stainless chamber? I was thinking a tear drop mallet typically used for sandbag metal forming. Also realize this sounds like a dumb question just not very experienced with stainless

Round face body hammer is key.
But listen close.
If you hit it hard enough to see it move in a single blow, it will concave and look like ass.
You have to hit it like a machine gun and start wide and work your way in.
It should take about a thousand strikes to work it in slowly and form it not stretch material.

Another option is to heat up the fuel tank and dent it. That is how I ran a factory chamber in my SJ without denting the pipe.

The tnt pipe clears the fuel tank.
If it doesn't there something wrong.
The only place they ever may touch is the side of the hull.
Depending on what cyl you have.

Still in the beginning phases in that photo. Took a heavy turd umi pole and made it light as a feather and stronger. Oddly it came completely covered in bondo and painted with kryptonite.
Looks like you have an AC, not a UMI. UMI only weighs 9.5-10 lbs max and was one of the lightest out there. AC are heavy!
