i gotta measure the pole itself but its a -4 over stock pole -4 steering and -2 3/4 bracket the uprights are moved forward on the plate and the plate is moved foreward as far as possible on the hull to compinsate for the shortned hull and footholds moved foreward

well the boat made it to the water today problem free.huge thanks to chris and kerry gross for the parts to get me on the water.ill update with my thaughts tomorrow im too wore out from hangin on to the thing today
