in reality , he hasnt stolen anything or any money, he just hasnt delivered on a bunch of verbal contracts. all us clowns that are owed, got nobody to blame but ourselves. we jumped on the deal band wagon instead of paying top dollar for some reputable builders product. none of us have a legal leg to stand on. we can all take him to small claims court and probably get acknowledgement that he owes us either a refund or our ordered product. good luck with either of those judgements. go ahead and cry on this forum to anybody that will have sympathy and listen, but in the end its OUR fault. just shut up and eat sheet , as my isreali friend says. a bunch of you all think i'm the same kind of rip off skum bag, but what you dont know is i get burned more than most and for a lot more money. i look at it as a learning expierience instead of a negative. its the school of hard knocks and school is always in session. learn from it, get hard from it and try not to let it get the better of you.
