The DA’s Consumer Protection Unit may be able to help, or they may refer you to an agency that can help you. Complaints must be in writing. You can download a complaint form here and mail it back to the Unit .

The last page of the complaint asks for your original documentation related to your case, it's required at time of filing, provide what you have, Paypal statements, emails, texts. Try to Keep your documents clear and concise, showing what was agreed upon, when and how much you paid, failure to produce as promised ect......

Each interested victim should file his own complaints in a timely manner, regardless of your location, it's by mail and costs nothing, just some of your time preparing documents and filling out the form. Might go no where but you won't know unless you try. It's sad what's happened to you guys, I hope your able to get resolution.

i just talked to steve. i dont believe anything i hear and pretty much never have. what i do, is hope what i hear is true. he says he either wants to give everybody their money back or pump out hulls and send them out. he said, a lot of you guys that are owed, dont want the money and still want the hull. thats exactly what i want, so it wouldnt surprise me to find that to be true. it could still be BS, but i'm not sure. who ever posts conversations, dont post the whole story or the major threats. this i know to be true. who ever threatens serious bodily injury or threats of that nature are flirting with disaster in the way of terrorist threats. you guys could be in more trouble than steve ever was. talking smack wont scare anybody into a refund or your product to show up, but can cook your goose.

And as for js/sj comments towards school.. this whole situation will have an effect on his life and school. He is a part of this community ,even though some may not care for, every one here should support and be helpful to the people that have been ...robbed!
Note that... There are many that have posted some .. comments/likes that are uncalled for. They may wanna "grow up" before it causes a bigger issue...
Steve does have a choice... I hope he makes right toall

Buzz really.? That's insane to think your gonna keep believing he's gonna make right. A theif is a liar. A lier is a theif. The threats of dont bash me and just sit still is crap. Do something people stand together and getter done. If he was to right his wrongs he would just do it allready. Proof is in the pudding. Threats on these forums or text wise can be documented. A drone attack works. Silent unseen airstrikes work these days. Buzz next time tell him to refund everybodys money and y'all do c.o.d. If you still decide on a hull from him.

May need to include steve in the needs to grow up group. Telling someone you arent gonna ship their hull cuz they bashed you is as third grade as it gets. Makes me wish there was some kind d of competence test you had to take before you could start a business.

I suggest someone consults with an attorney, look some up in the yellow pages and call around to see who will offer a free consultation. In my experience many law offices do, or at least the one I worked at in the past did, all the time. Let an attorney tell you what your options are, unfortunately this forum is not going to be your best tool. Talk to an attorney.

Could we try and keep this thread on track, and see who got scammed by Steve and wanna do something to file a complaint against Steve/TS ?
Steve still has 2000usd of mine, my bank did pull 3500usd back from his account(out of the total 5500usd i paid Steve), after 5 months!

Not going to provide screenshots (as I understand this violates forum rules), but Steve just contacted me this morning (via text).

Based on the communications he seems to want to put this whole ordeal to rest whether it be return my deposit or accept the hull when completed.

- Getting my money back (which is currently not available, waiting on a bike job to clear) seems to be the clearest and most guaranteed solution.

- Accepting the hull seems fraught with potential issues.

I've informed Steve that I'm reserving my answer until he has at least one of my options available.

Well, Steve is just lying and buying time. Some months ago he wanted to set me straight with the money he owed me, he would pay me when the chan molds sold. Guess what, molds has sold, Steve did not contact me - so i wrote on a instagram picture that he deleted, and also wrote a message through Facebook about i want the 2000 on my paypal account. haven't heard from him.
