Yes kevlar is kevlar and s-glass is s-glass. But there are about 8-10 differences between the two materials which I don't want to elaborate on. I put a lot of thought, research and calculation into my layup schedule. Also the pics only show the surface there is more going on inside the laminates. Remember this is a enjoyable side show to my career which involves high dollar consulting and tooling in a industry beyond skis.
