The upper is primed for the last time. I need to do finish sanding and polishing. Once thats done I can mold the upper. This week I'm flanging and molding the lower. Then flip and mold the upper and at the same time the hood. Last set of pics of the plug thankfully. The hardest part is over, time for molds.:woot:The pic of me is for scale I'm 6 foot.

Its easier to form and bond the positive form in the mold which creates the negative recess in the hull. All little tricks that make things easier, faster and more precise in tooling. Long and short I've got it covered.

It does look a lot like a 300 SX but Lighter.. But my 300 after I done some grinding and some lightning it is 91 pounds just hull no hood or paint or anything.
