XMetal is sending the rest of parts next week for this build, the ski is almost set for molds then its off to assembly and final tuning. Hopefully by the end of next month it will be completed [paint job permitting]. The best $36k I have ever spent.

36K? Dayum, how much was the engine?

I honestly am NOT trying to start crap here, but, Crammit has less than 1/2 that tied up in a the most expensive XFT $ can buy, w/all the right stuff. ie-tl, baxter dry pipe, jetworks ada 6mil, 140 mag pump on and on.

Charles didn't buy everything new and got great deals on most of his stuff.

good point.

I just can't comprehend my wife or wallet allowing 36K into a ski. LOL
I guess u can say I am green with envy(as if the color of my sj didn't already disclose that) lol

gonna leave this one alone:spankme:

U got to remember Ford Motor Credit financed that Saleen for 72 years to keep the payment where it is at. LOL I have yet to find a bank that would loan more than book value on a ski no matter what mods it has. LOL

It's all good Gil.. I spent $20,000 with XMetal that was for all the parts minus the handlepole for the complete build. But they supplied the latest greatest stuff. The parts you mentioned were not used so I imagine they were less expensive. Bobby was $11,000 for the hull and assembly custom RRP pole was $1600 complete with powdercoat, and I'm allowing $3,500 for paint. = $36,000

Here's the motor..

I see you will be sporting Baxter's new dry pipe.
(I want your trailer)!!!

Yup.

That trailer took 3 months to build, or I guess I should say for them to finally deliver it. But it turned out cool, I can run the bikes or the ski by just pulling some pins.

You need a Saleen S331SC truck to pull that kick azz trailer w/your new ski on it. (I happen to have one for sale.LOL)
