pete, how much difference do you think it make as far as control in the surf is concerned where the handlepole bracket is located like on those rickter boats? that thing is right on the nose of the ski.

I have my wrap all figured out I just need a hull...

You ever notice that the only girl in the Matrix is named Trinity?

Now there is a Trinity Matrix?

All the lines are going to make for some interesting paint jobs. I can't wait to see how some of them turn out. I'm going flat or satin gray with just a few graphics. I'm done spending big money on paint and vinyl.

The hull I think is more important than where the handpole is mounted.
For flatwater I think it makes more of a difference.

As for the lines of the Ski.. :brap:

Yes, I wasn't inferring in any way "speedy" and/or second rate quality, I was just saying I'm sure that you are and/or will be interested in making more than 15 hulls. I know it's difficult to assume what people are saying sometimes when it's typed on a screen...lol anyway, keep up the good work.

that plane looks like a "Velocity" with fileted in corners, frikkin badass. :beerchug:
The rudders/verticals were moved inboard to help tracking. I worked at Velocity as a kid during summer breaks and after h.s. from 13 to 20 years old for one of my uncles. My grandfather and a different uncle developed and tooled the Velocity XL fuselage and wings. Grandfather pasted away, Uncle and I went on to develop two more planes one of them is the one in the pic. I use to fly a std velocity w/ fixed gear which was a lot of fun to fly. Neat planes and fun times.

awesome info. the first of those Rutan style planes I wanted to mess with was the E-raser with the aluminum block buick V-8 engine, then my old lady was like "yeah, "E-raser" you're gonna end up takin' that thing out and it's gonna end up E-rasin' yer ass!!"..lol

then I saw that velocity, and I was like wow, a camaro with wings...lol

I have the various logo layouts pretty much nailed down, the base on mine will be satin metallic black.. I wanna let this painter draw a few renderings of his spin on my ideas and see where we end up :smokin:
