Out of the Five AM hull I was interested in. Bobby was the only one that called me in person. Two of them sent me a generic email and two never heard back.

That counts for a lot and I don't think they realize that a simple phone call and being personable with everyone who inquires about a hull keeps a very good reputation for them. I know it's hard to sort through the tire kickers but you never know who you are dealing with. Maybe the other guys didn't think you were serious enough to buy a hull so just gave you the generic answer to see how interested you are? If that's the case they lost a sale. I know it's hard to balance the phone calls and emails and paperwork and still have time to actually be doing composite work but that's what it's like having your own business. If they are burried in the shop then maybe they should make phone calls after hours or at home. I inquired about 2 different aftermarket hulls through PM on here... I asked multiple questions and PMed back and forth but also left my cell # and said "give me a call if that's easier for you". I didn't get any calls from either guy until the day I was going to pick up my hull... but I also didn't call them either and both phone numbers are publically listed so it's half my fault

I'm just keeping you guys up to date with my experience as Bobby builds my hull. I wrote the check and signed the contract for this hull. This is my first hand experience. Not what I heard from a friend or a friend of a friend who had a bad experience.
It is easier spread negative information then positive. So Whatever happen in the past is between those two guys is between them. I will continue updating till I get my Matrix.

We all say things sometimes that we wish didn't or had what we said taken out of context. We are human and sometime are emotions take over. I'm not going to hold what he said against him.

Whatever hull you have, you'll find someone who will be hating on it, unless you own a Freak...

Not hating on the hull, What the individual said.... I should be quiet tho.... might get the lawyers after me.... no freedom of speech anymore

but if you say anything bad he will send the lawyers after you....its all im saying

I think Bobby is just trying to be careful. He does composites work outside of just building hulls including NASA and another multimillion dollar corporations. If/when they do research on Trinity they are getting off this negative feedback on him from just a jet ski hull. Thinking, we are trusting this guy with a huge composites project and he can't even build a jet ski hull on time?

You google trinity composites and this thread is the 4th thing that pops up. I think there is a bigger picture here than just hulls that contributed to the way Bobby responded. I think it was a little overkill because that kind of response doesn't make anyone want to do business with you. Everyone wants and hopes things can be handled civilly. He comes in here and makes one post and I can't even tell you how many times lawyer got brought up. He was starting to sound like "that guy".

Tell your side, man up, accept responsibility and leave it at that. Don't go around and say your going to sue someone for slandering your company and the potential losses it may have caused you. The one that seems to be causing all the damage is yourself.

I mean the guy runs a business that started out doing composite work for major company's not even just NASA there is probably 20 other major places he dose things for. So for him to take time out of what he dose to design a bunch of ski's i think was pretty bitch'n on his part. There is a good amount of work that goes in to makeing a hull its not like u can just close u eyes and snap your fingers and its done. I own a business so i know how complicated thing can get and unfortunately 1 or 5 guys just dont and cant work 24 hours a day.

there's another guy who didn't get a hull for 3 years..... one of my good friends. but i wouldn't have a problem ordering from the guy. he does good work. his skis aren't my riding style, but is work is top notch.

My thoughts are you should not come on here bragging about signed contracts and how they are enforcable, then when the SHTF come back on here posting about lawyers guns and money, I have seen and ridden a few of his skis, very nice skis, work is top notch, he needs to stick with what he is best at building skis and leave the PR to someone else, just saying.
