Custom/Hybrid Trinity Composites

Ya you guys are right Bobs and trinity boats are the same quality...
Who the :):):):) said they were the same quality!? A guy mentioned they had great delivery times that's it. :):):):) you just love trollin!

Maybe you should spend more time testing your products rather then :):):):) talking online. I have yet to find a ski where your exhaust kit fits nice. Bob- nope, XFS - nope, superjet- nope

Mine was about 4 days late. I got a phone call and pictures explaining where he was at with the hull. 3 years later, I am completely satisfied with my hull. I would rather it be perfect than on time.

Bottom line, we are not buying stuff for our ski's from Walmart or Sears. Alot of parts are not stocked by what ever company we are buying form. They have to order = Delays. Hulls are custom built, not just sitting there ready to ship out with the exception of some RRP's that Thrust may actually have in stock. All others are built to Order. Even Wamiltons rarely has AM hulls in stock, sure he might have a custom painted one at a custom price. His hulls use to come from Brazil. You had to wait. I have heard of him having people fly up and literally check the hulls as baggage.......

Bobby started my Matrix last week like he said. The only delay so far was the BOB adjustable footholds got lost in transit for two days. Thanks UPS .

I'll have to hit him up and see how that goes, I've been looking at them for awhile now and wondered how involved it would be to install them.

Bobby talk with Derick at BOB about them at the WF. He got mine on Friday and I think he planned on starting the top on Monday. Let me know how that front foothold works. I've looking for one. Witch one are you trying?

Keep this thread updated. I've never ridden a Matrix or and I've never talked with someone who has one and asked about their impression on the hull and Dealing with Bobby. I've heard great things about the Matrix and read good reviews on here about the ride quality, build quality, and durability of the hull. I'm not taking sides on the RTR Matrix build gone bad because I haven't heard an explanation from the hull builder himself or seen actual emails or conversations between the 2 parties. What XJcrawler says makes perfect sense but it also makes sense to not rush a hull when the decisions of the buyer are still up in the air. IF Bobby owes him money or parts then he should deliver despite any conflicts he had with the buyer (nobody wants to get Waterdawged). Not knowing first hand anything that went on between those two, I do find it a little odd that the buyer didn't go get the hull himself and had 2 uninvolved parties get the hull for him... If someone owed me thousands of dollars worth of parts and a hull I'd be down there myself and try to settle things with him myself... If that got me nowhere I'd have the authorities back me (lawyer, cop, etc.) (I also don't know how far he lived from Bobby in comparison to his friends that grabbed the hull for him) I think there is a lot of information that was left out so without pointing fingers or blaming either party I look at the averages. On average everyone that owns or has ridden a trinity is more than pleased with the quality. The build time is slow but is accompanied by perfection in build quality (a good trade off in my eyes) Most people that bought a hull are pleased with the outcome. The one known RTR build went sour for reasons I don't know.
*If you want a great hull that will take some time and is custom built to your specs buy direct from Bobby
*If you want a great hull and want it right now, buy a used one or buy from Kommander
*If you want a complete RTR Trinity buy a used one or buy one from Kommander... or just pay someone to build it for you if you don't feel comfortable doing so yourself
