So when I asked that guy's phlebotomist about it he said "Bring a sweater."

I just gave the regular single dose without any gross feelings whatsoever. But thanks Sean, because I am now even more prepared if I do the double donation.

Yeah, they don't do a good job to tell you about that. Other than being cold and feeling it creep around, its not that bad.

Props for doing it, they don't undersell the benefits to those who need it.

I know a lot of people that tested “positive”. Every single one had similar cold symptoms. A few were more like flu but no one went to see a doctor. I’ve probably had it or just got it. Had a slight sore throat and stuffy nose but nothing that resembles what people talk about with ventilators.
In all honesty, if we didn’t know there was such a thing as covid, it would just be a bad flu season.

Same experience here. My 70 year old mother had it, she said it was less than a seasonal cold. The virus is obviously real and serious enough to kill people, however our response to this virus is highly disproportionate to the actual threat. We have no doubt done more damage to the country than if we had taken almost no action at all.

I agree with you 100% on this.

The really sad thing in my opinion that both parties have become so cold and divided that there’s no middle ground anymore and even if one party has a good idea or plan the other side will vote it down just out of spite even if they agree with it and it’s us the regular Americans that suffer.
If we have learned anything in the last four years it’s that the country has become more divided than ever. I really don’t care what party is president I think the president should try to bring the country together and this isn’t what our president is doing. Don’t take this as one sided as I’m not saying Hillary would have been any better or worse, just saying any president shouldn’t be trying to pull us further apart.
