If it falls off the grip isn't on the bars far enough, or the bar end has too much radius. For the final exhaust hose hit Ryan up for one of his spare RRP pole tubes and use short hose pieces as couplers (curved ones if needed)

Finally got the pipe in 100% and the battery box installed... Not entirely sure if a full sized battery will work... Planning on running the anti gravity battery next season and I know that will fit
next up loading an 1100 curve on the epic and doing the electrical then cooling.... Then pushing the dredded green button

Ok Sooo got the electronics assembled, figured I should test before I close the box, and mount it.... Haven't decided where yet....

I've got a video of the successful test but it won't work...

Assembled the box... Tried my hardest not to miss anything

gawd dammit!! Power is off the TL never put the Gromit on... It's a 2hour drive to get it... Oh well I'm not stopping till this thing is finished!!

Ok, Pretty much finished.... Just have to install the hood latch, Trigger, Pole limiting rope & S/S Switch...
I tried and failed to re-locate the e-box... So she is at the back like everybody else

The Battery isn't much fun to swap but I should only have a ride or two with that one so not a huge big deal

The plan is to drop it in the water tomorrow afternoon and then the real fun begins

So I finally got the ski in the water and I could not be happier, Power is perfect, Hull handles just the way I like it.... Is just wicked, There is a thread comparing the XFS to the G3(http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/112449...comparison-with-pictures&highlight=xfs+vs+bob) I posted my opinion about riding both hulls if your interested take a read

I did notice while running my ski the cooling lines aren't very warm, I'm assuming I should restrict the cooling lines, but by how much?

I don't think you want that cylinder any colder than 140 F , probably want to be 160 F
