Wavejunkies steppin it up to the pontoon

Maybe a hinged fold down bunk/ramp? You could push the nose of the ski onto it, then pin the throttle for a second to make it run up onto the boat. That's basically how I get my ski into the bed of my truck.

maybe fold it down in the flats have it reinforced and just use it as a ramp and jump the boat, lol, nah really that sounds like a good idea, good fast way to get all them up on deck

so far just lift aboard,we might put a cheap winch on one side and winch up b1s when they need wrenchin in the water

2 guys can EASILY pull a B1 or SJ up on the boat here...Just drag it up over the side...We use a doormat, but something affixed to the very edge of the hull would be perfect..Coould like it with bunk slides or something

Your boat may be higher up off the water though, but the pontoon here is no sweat...We pulled both ski's up on it about 1/2 dozen times yesterday and no big deal..

A winch just seems like something else to get in the way, and I suppose could even be a little dangerous if you could fall on it with a decent size wave and loss of balance :dunno:

it funny you mentioned turfing the deck I was just talking about doing that to this boat, its got alot of slick glass on the deck with these annoying buttons for carpet,I wana get some of that cheap b stock stuff with the 3m adhesive made to it already.

Idok, this boat sits even lower at the waterline than the pontoon,We dont plan on taking it out in any big surf,we will be going up the bay to the oceans edge and leaving it 100 yrds from the break, along with 2 1500 rules we should be fine. updated pics coming soon

Rob and I worked on his Pontoon yesterday... (he did most of it) removed the sides, moved the console all the way to the rear, looked for rotting wood and didn't find much at all, just a few holes in the rear of the boat.
He installed a front hook for the winch.. this boat is gonna rock hard.... can't wait for the maiden voyage to Matanzas... Oh yeah, were gonna rock that baby all the way up w/ a full squadron of skis

We are at about the same stage, all front seats and rails are gone, console is fiberglass and kinda built in so its gonna have to stay there, its a little towards the rear,We should have room for 3 to 4 sj on deck and pull 2 b1s nosed up on the rear.
Dont know if it will get on plane or not with all that weight plus 5 or 6 guys, doubt it,but we dont need to go fast,if we can go 20mph it would be nice

Oh yeah, torr how many sheets of 40"x62" you need me to look into?

Nick,we are on a mission for a motor also,we just bought a old johnson 85 hp that runs for 50 bucks, but think we are going to trade it in on another 115 yami, cheapest we can find is 2k
