ya going with the PFP setup. I already whore my self out for cheeseburger's so I figured the leap to a PFP is not that bad.

The plan was to have it on the water today but I wasn't happy with the way the B pipe fit in the hull so I'm waiting for a power factor pipe next week. Next weekend is the new ETA for completion.

so the b pipe did fit or was it just not to your liking ? and was that with the xmetal waterbox ?

It doesn't fit properly. The stinger hits the rocker in the nose. If your running the set back engine I think you would be fine, but not in mine. Sounds like the other ROK-R guys are running a blaster mod chamber if you don't want to run the PFP. I figured rather I'd rather just spend the money and go the PFP route.

Well the Power Factor pipe arrived so I tossed it in. Definitely a tight fit. The rocker doesn't allow it to fit perfectly flush against the manifold, but the previous owner of the hull assured me he didn't burn up any couplers, so fingers crossed. As you can see the water box is rear mounted for the same reason. At this point I'm literally waiting for a 45 degree elbow to plumb the water box to the outlet and its ready for the water. Also found a chance to run to the DMV and get a VIN number issued for the hull. Was able to get it titled as a 2013 ROK-R and get stickers all in one 15 minute trip. Easy as pie. :) Plan on riding Friday and updating a ride report shortly after.

On a side note the pipe was already green. Obviously the green pipe with a red head looks silly, but I'll worry about looks after its been on the water.

It's my understanding that Jeff made some with the motor set back and some without. Mine is obviously not setback. From what I've heard the setback skis ride extremely nose high and mine is much better. On the downside it makes fitting the pipe and tank a nightmare.

Your motor looks wayyyyyyyy forward then the last rok r I seen !????!!

i agree ...may be the picture but the rok r i seen has a raider mod chamber between the gas tank and motor with the same tank you have and has a bigger spacing between em ... may be just the picture but it does look like the motor is forward more on yours?

the pic above is my ski. Doesn't ride nse high at all. I'm extremly impressed on the way it handles. I will c if I can get a video together. factory928 ordered his hull new from wdk and it came the same way mine is. Possibly moving the motor foward was something wdk experimented with before the long plate

From what I witnessed it would ride with the nose up just barely brapping around with uneven throttle. Once continous throttle was applied that sucker planted (like right now) on plane and took off like little rocket. I was impressed, not what I was expecting at all. It is a bad ass hull. Just an observation from shore of the 3" set back hull.

Really great feedback. Wasn't trying to knock the setback engine, it was just some feedback I received. Obviously I was misinformed. Glad to hear everyone is having good luck. Are you guys able to run stock superjet drive and midshafts? Makes me wish mine was setback so I had some more room in the nose.
