A lot better.Three trips to chiro,few rounds in the hot tub helps a ton.A bit sore and stiff but gonna make it.l have other bad habits but do not take any pharm pain killers.They always make me sick as a dog.

If you are dead set ln building your own hull, for cheap, it can be done, but you will have something with no resale value when ylu are done.
If you decide to go this route, you simply find a really abused square, build your plug out of drywall mud, make a very lightweight one time use moldc from poly resin, then pull a part.
I personally think this is a bad way of going about things for your long term goals, but ive been using drywall mud, waxed and pva to pull a lme time use plug made of 2 layers of 1208 poly and had very good results.
Im on bored with everyone who says rock the square until college is over. They are cheap hulls, so its not like you couldnt get another hull, rocker and shorten it. The job can be done in a week if the finish isnt a big deal.
