What do I need to do to make my 760 64x low end smoother?

He's the one who got me hooked on zealtronic set up, and he has good advice through on all the jetting threads I've been reading. So I value his opinion for sure. I'll get them on order. Before I tear these carbs apart. Cause everyone has said reverse jetting on this set up.

I talked to a few racers and that was their advice, plus there was a thread on it here about a guy with the same set up (kind of) and everyone said to start with 140s. Since I don't have porting.

Can I see the thread? Are you sure the guy didn't have 38's?

Three seconds to hit the pipe is usually too much pump. If it were the carb, opening or closing the top screws will affect the spool up time. Carb tuning is easy once you bore the nozzle and flatten the impeller. The bottom screw is for idle only! Set it on the trailer, close it until the idle speed peaks then open until it slows down a little.
