The old quote applies to u:

"Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people."

Here's an idea, how about Trendsetters tries answering a phone call more than once a month? Or how about people stop acting surprised when a company with a known track record of chit customer service constantly lies about when their stuff is getting done?

Your skis are not the only skis ever made by your builder. When you say builders who know what they are doing meet deadlines, you are only talking about your skis? ? Haha. And I don't know you, you could be really cool and I'm sure we would get along but I'm just going by what you make yourself out to be using words on a forum.

I refuse to post Anything on here regarding my business ... All it does is give most people the fuel to turn a house fire into a wild land fire ...

Smart Move, But how about better communication with your customers, that way, they dont have to come here and start these threads........ I have seen a few of your Hulls now. Your work seams to be really nice. Paint Job Incredible. You seam to do the right thing if there is a problem with the hull after the sale...... How about stepping up your customer service before the completion of their hulls....... If you tell someone a date, mark it on the calender, when that date gets close, if there are delays, then send them an email with updates.. We would rather hear "hey man, it is not going as quick as I though, just wanted to give you a heads up" If you would do this, it would keep your customers off your ass some. Most of us just want updates, I say us as in a general term, regarding anything ordered that is custom.

This wasn't intented to name calling contest, or to have the marking right. But I'm feeling left out in the dark he. Steve, if you will not post anything about your business on here, maybe you would be kind enough to answer my on Facebook and get this sorted out so none of us are walking around with a headache because of this?

Paid for half mine on 10/31. Was told end of December. Beginning of December he got in touch and let me know that he was takin his time to make it nice. Wanted to call me. I said go ahead and take your time as long as I'm riding a legit built hull by summer. I've texted him prob 15 times since 10/31. I understand custom things and business a little bit tho.

He sucks at communication. Yes. Pretty sure he and everyone else knows that. He never claimed to be a people person. I myself would do better with replying to texts, but a whe hell of a lot worse at building hulls.

I highly doubt he is going to burn anyone. It would ruin his name as far as having a business. The Internet is powerful. I think he just has a lot of new ideas for this hull and it's taking time to get it all worked out. I'm sure he will make everything right in the end. If not I'll be the first to admit I was wrong.

No guys like me are realistic. We sit in the hot tub and watch all the window lickers flop around in pool. It's great entertainment.

Can't wait to have my new hull in 3 weeks. It might even be done early.

If you haven't noticed, the hull builders that know what they're doing have deadlines and actually know how to make them.

Congrats Turbosauce74, you have the privilege of being added to my ignore list! Just ignore the jack holes, their teeny fragile egos will eventually migrate to pwctoday.

Are you guys seriously trying to justify not beeing able to keep promised delivery dates, and when this date would not hold water - another promise was made, to reverse the deal and get money back. None of this has been kept. Are you guys so cool about any other things you order, and don't get when you are promised? Lets say a new kitchen? I guess all other trades and stuff, people are not that relaxed and want something for their money on the promised date or take this business elsewhere.Im still waiting for some response from Steve, how to set this situation right and make both of us happy?

Trust me, i was PISSED at how late mine was too. I think Steve's got too many iron's in the fire, but his work is awesome, and I'm glad it was late and built right vs rushed...

Ive also been waiting for over a year and afew months for my hull, and only 4 months for my replacement hull. Guess what builder? Hint: Not Steve
