Looks like the OP is also in denmark, so i'm sure shipping time may play a big role in his concerns for delivery.
The old quote applies to u:
"Great minds discuss ideas; average minds discuss events; small minds discuss people."
Your skis are not the only skis ever made by your builder. When you say builders who know what they are doing meet deadlines, you are only talking about your skis? ? Haha. And I don't know you, you could be really cool and I'm sure we would get along but I'm just going by what you make yourself out to be using words on a forum. No cmon enlighten me on how much you know about me and my skis. Don't back peddle now.
I'm not hateful, if u actually met me you would understand my posts a lot more.

Smart Move, But how about better communication with your customers, that way, they dont have to come here and start these threads........ I have seen a few of your Hulls now. Your work seams to be really nice. Paint Job Incredible. You seam to do the right thing if there is a problem with the hull after the sale...... How about stepping up your customer service before the completion of their hulls....... If you tell someone a date, mark it on the calender, when that date gets close, if there are delays, then send them an email with updates.. We would rather hear "hey man, it is not going as quick as I though, just wanted to give you a heads up" If you would do this, it would keep your customers off your ass some. Most of us just want updates, I say us as in a general term, regarding anything ordered that is custom.I refuse to post Anything on here regarding my business ... All it does is give most people the fuel to turn a house fire into a wild land fire ...

No guys like me are realistic. We sit in the hot tub and watch all the window lickers flop around in pool. It's great entertainment.
Can't wait to have my new hull in 3 weeks. It might even be done early.
If you haven't noticed, the hull builders that know what they're doing have deadlines and actually know how to make them.

Are you guys seriously trying to justify not beeing able to keep promised delivery dates, and when this date would not hold water - another promise was made, to reverse the deal and get money back. None of this has been kept. Are you guys so cool about any other things you order, and don't get when you are promised? Lets say a new kitchen? I guess all other trades and stuff, people are not that relaxed and want something for their money on the promised date or take this business elsewhere.Im still waiting for some response from Steve, how to set this situation right and make both of us happy?
