Yes, I mixed in some shredded crab meat in one batch but I cooked them in the oven on a baking sheet and they sat in their grease and were wayyyyyy too hot to enjoy lol.Damn that looks good! Is it just jalapeno, cream cheese and bacon?
Last ones I did I smoked them and used skewers at the base to hold them up right.
That's how I do mine. I leave some seeds in there from time to time kick em up a notch...or 10.
My wife is on here and follows this thread. Guess who gets to make stuffed jalapeño now
I'm not even sorry! We had a few red jalapeños in that last batch I did. I hadn't had one before nor did I know anything about them......but I ate that one it was so hot I got the hiccups and kept hiccuping up that pepper it was a rough 5 minutes.
I have some in the garden but haven't eaten one yet.Love red jalapenos....a bit spicier but also a bit sweeter!
