Lots...and at same time not much. We do 99% of same work if practicing directly with patients. Depends if it's a "team modeled practice" or independent practitioner model.
One's a MD (anesthesiologist) and the other is either a PA or a CRNA. Different training perspectives but covering same material. MD's generally have greater depth and breadth of knowledge for the scope of practice which doesn't always translate into better practitioner. There are good and bad of both groups in terms of skills, knowledge and bedside demeanor. It pays to know who's putting u to sleep.

That tank pit is awesome D-Roc! Typically my daily view is nothing special at all. Time to give up the machine shop environment and move on. But today was a very nice change of pace and one I will never get enough of. Oh how I do love the forestry and wetlands, three days ago hunting season opened up here for Canadian Geese. We get a preliminary 10 day goose hunt, then it closes for the next 9 days and reopens with everything waterfowl and small game. The food industry can make all the claims they want about their stuff being grain fed, free range...bleh bleh bleh...I know my food is 
We get thanksgiving day then out for two weeks then duck and goose start. I haven't been in years but used to be eat up with it. All my buddies got married had babies and can't go anymore. Excited I may have finally found another duck hunting partner just recently. Looking forward to this year and actually going again. Stay smallish and affordable with your house. A big house is over rated. I would rather have land/water access/big outdoor space like a deck or patio...and toys. A big house is just more to keep up and clean. New is damn nice though.

Agree 100%. You can keep your 4000 sq ft home in suburbia with an acre to mow and an hour to any riding spot. I'll take my little 3 BR bungalow 15 feet from the water.

Thanks. Actually this place is bigger than I wanted but new builders don't seem to think there would be a market for a 1000 square foot two bed two bath ranch.... Had to get a 3 bedroom. not sure what to do with the 3rd room lol.
Build skis in it. My third has a metal lathe lol

Have a 48" Exterior Door installed in one of the bedrooms with a concrete Pad outside of it.
Claim it quick as king of ur castle, or it'll be a junk room that's unusable
What BK says, plus MAKE IT A GAME ROOM. Foosball/pool table, dartboard, big tv with video games, cable/satellite, and movies, mini fridge with wetbar, panini maker, popcorn machine and a smoke evacuator for card games and cigars, skeeball, bowling alley and of course a message table after a long stressful day of football watching.
Or just ask ur boss/wife what she wants and wish u woulda spoke up earlier
