Got my wheels painted, graphics, and a new seat cover on my LTR 450 so I can get it up for sale so I can finish the rokr. Also got my fly wheel on my engine but forgot my torque wrench at the shop, just my luck. Lol

@Scraggly what kind of fish are you frying? I will snap a pic of our wing cooker next time we do a wing ding.

Love to see the wing cooker. My wife loves them and I like making sauces from scratch.

I guess my fish and last minute beer batter recipe went over well. 3 large platters, don't even know how many pounds and this was all that was left.

Oh man that looks good. I am in charge of the fryer, I don't make the sauce but I do know it's just butter, Frank's, and garlic powder. It's a three man crew and I think the biggest fry we had at the year end cottage corn roast was 200lbs of wings. Man I drank a lot of beer trying to stay cool behind the fryer. I have a lead on a stainless commercial fryer with thermostat and propane hookup. I am hoping to trade our old work truck as part of a deal for it.

I generally use a hoppy bear for my batter. I was forced with what was available. Neither of us live in town. Used a Amberbock this time and I really liked it. I need to experiment with some darker Bree's but in the past I tried fat tire and it left s bad taste in my mouth for a darker Brew

I have not much experience in batter, I do have some in a bag from the store that I used for pickles. It works good and tastes good. I have not tried it on any fish yet. I don't have a lot of experience with frying fish. I do love it though. Your picture is making me want to try some again. Our wing sauce division uses a burner like yours for making the sauce. Our fryer uses a double burner and a big square pot or "tank". We can put two baskets if it. Works good but takes a bit to setup.

I have a few sizes of stainless pots up to turkeys and such. This worked out well for what and how we cooked tonight. The recipe is really simple and you can't mess it up. Best part is there isn't a real recipe. I make it different every time like a good blues song. Just need a few key ingredients. Mostly house hold items and any spice seasoning you want. Consistence is key can make as much or as little as you want.
