The blower in my truck was making more noise than air and I discovered that the recirc door had broken off and was sitting on top of the fan. I guess this is a common problem as somebody makes an aluminum replacement.

$45 shipped off eBay and about an hour to replace.

Got this all built today and setup. Beyond stoked to have this finally. I've been collecting parts for 12 years now and it's done now!

I did a stupid amount of those doors when I was at the dealer. Looks like you may have taken more apart than you needed to.

The last time we went to Supercross was a couple of years ago the first year they went to Metlife stadium. It rained. The people sitting next to us brought a big sheet of plastic and were nice enough to share. There were about a dozen people in our row underneath a sheet of plastic...you meet the nicest people at SX!

The airbag didn't have to come out but everything else did. I won't lose sleep over the 2 minutes it cost me. I was in and out in under an hour...on a Sunday...while drinking coffee...and dragging azz.
