Not my favorite job but it needed to be done.
Finally got dual zone climate control but I had no air for defrost or floor.
I bought one of the seven piece Blend Door USA aluminum door kits and installed it today.
Great kit and worth doing if you own one of these trucks. I found 2 broken doors and 3 others that were already cracked.

Yuck, I did a crown kit back at beginning of summer. Only one way to do it and just jump in and get started and take breaks when frustration flares up. Good job!Not my favorite job but it needed to be done.

I took my time and knocked it out in just under 6 hours including pulling a vacuum on the AC system for an hour before recharging.
Now I have to figure out how to recalibrate the actuators without taking it to a dealer.

Yea its an awesome ski! I rode it a few times in the surf and it was so awesome, hard to explain.
It needs some reinforcing and body work, and for now, itll probably be getting a VXR 701 donor swap.
Ive thought about swapping in the RIP driveline and either selling the RIP hull/pole, or upgrading the motor and pump in the RIP, but one idea sounds depressing and the other sounds expensive.

That would be a mighty nasty yet super nice fx w a small stroker and 148 pump. No need to explain fxs can be hard to explain anyhow. I would love to rip that thing at a free ride! Good luck w the build up
