We got flooded out today. 
We still have the roof off the building so the job keeps getting shut down due to rain and now we are in a tornado watch up until 11pm.

Tried everything. They’d only hit on live shrimp. Catfish would bite in dead though.

That's interesting. We use to kill them with crabs or frozen squid. The squid would get us black tips too. A chunk of ladyfish was a favorite of the black tips as well. Cripes, I haven't gone out for them in WAY too long. Time for a road trip.

Nah. It's a bout 25-30ft deep out front of my place. You go up half a mile and waters about 8-10 ft. Go past that and it gets 20ft. You go down half a mile and you hit some shallow rapids during the summer. Other then that, just pure flat water goodness.

Do you turf over the tape?
No. I use the tape as a template. Normal masking take is a little too sticky but I was out of blue. It works pretty good. Sticks to the sheet of turf so it doesn’t move on you while you cut. I always cut everything about 1/4” longer than my templates too
