Meh, one of my old neighbors had one. If he can afford one, it's really not that special anymore. 
I remember when they first came out though...holy hot damn was that a beast of a car! The Viper and AC Cobra's are still my two favorite cars.

It's a little air cooled 4-stroke engine like on the Honda 110's. Pretty cool idea. Seems like it wouldn't get enough air for cooling.
You can even see the arm on the shifter.

Hey your right, that even makes it cooler. I didnt looked that close but the carb does look like a dirt bike carb and an engine with sprocket! Yes, can see the linkage hooked to the shifter! I just saw it and had to take some pics, very unique.
So that radiator must be hooked to cylinder for cooling. That tube in front of radiator goes to a blower mounted out the back. Obviously for extra cooling of radiator.

That blue thing is an oil cooler but I would still think the cylinder and head would get hot since they are air cooled by air flowing over them.
