Am I wrong to want to see a Turtle snatch one of the little ducklings?

They all compete for food so I’m waiting for a turtle to bite one of the ducks on the foot at least. Maybe not a bite but a nip at least. They have no issues chasing and biting each other.

Probably! They want to see it lol, and my boss is really laid back and awesome too. He's younger than me by about 11 years but a bad day here is a 100x better than an amazing day at the last place lol.

Speaking of which, the last place dismissed me saying they were going to shut down the small engines project on Friday 2 weeks ago, this place sent me an offer the Thursday before and on Wednesday a random message came in from them saying this and I quote "Good morning - spoke to Ben and Darryl regarding you doing the small engine work for us - just wondering if you are interested and if we can work out the details on billing how we can work this out"

BAAHAHAHA :D they already had me and canned me now this?? Lol. A friend of mine said "I would send them a passive aggressive f**k you response". Me "Ahh but I did lol... it's a good little here's sh*t in your eye response lol...this is what I said..."I appreciate that there is still interest in having me assist but unfortunately the same day I was dismissed a company out of town sought me out immediately and picked me up. I no longer have any availability through the week and currently booked solid for an undetermined time. But thanks again for keeping me in mind, I hope all is well and all the best in your adventures "

Should tell them you are only available on weekends and your weekend rate is 150$ an hour + fuel expenses. with 4hr minimum. :)

Only thing is I really don't want to help them and my ski has taken priority lol. I want it ready for the summer this year unlike last year and there's still a fair bit of work to do yet. Priorities fellas...the ski beats the odd job from a horrible company every time :D

I was trying to figure out where that was. I was thinking closer to Burlington. I was way off!! Before you even mentioned Avril, that's what I was thinking. Every time I go by Napanee she's the first thing that comes to mind because that's the only thing I know about the town. When I drive to Ottawa, Montreal or Tremblant I also go through Norwood, which makes me think of the band Three Days Grace for the same reason.
