That's no drill press In the bed of my truck. That 8k in machine and tooling.

I do ours at 350F for 25-30 minutes depending on how thick or how crispy you like it.

I line the pan with tinfoil and then fold a second piece with multiple ridges to lay the bacon across so it can drain.

I do mine (fat hamburger bacon) 400* for 20 mins. I like mine more crispy than semi cooked. I put mine on a cookie dryer rack then put that on top of an aluminum foil lined raised cookie sheet.

Shoulda known OCD would have a primo bacon tactic! I crumple then unfold foil to get some meat-foil separation, definitely gonna try your tactic the next time!
