My dad has a shuffleboard table in the garage at the lake house. Couple of drunk nights trying to get decent at that....
Stopped by the shop today to check on some quotes and got to see some parts already made. Only took them 2 days and theres a lot more around the shop. Stock still showing up Dailey.
Got a pic of old smokey while I was there to.
That's a Dailey driver stock frame. Solid front axle with blazer rear end and 4 wheel disc. 4bt Cummings and a 700r4.

Well, last night was a pretty big step in my life....bought my first investment property! Huge thanks to @chadman154 for being my mentor through this and giving me tons of advice and encouragement.
Its a 2,000 sq ft townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, 2 half baths, and a 1.5 car garage. It's in the same town I currently live in (Cornelius, NC) and it's only like a mile away from the lake and the boat launch/park that I usually ride at.
Im super stoked and this will be a very good long term buy and hold investment.

That place looks awesome. Seriously though, I've never seen a townhouse with more bathrooms than bedrooms lol. Around here you would be lucky to find one with as many bathrooms as bedrooms. It must be a classy townhouse
