What is the difference between the 7050 and the 7430 gaskets (I'm hoping that the 7430 goes between the reeds and the intake manifold and are the ones that match the intake manifold opening)

I have a 99 SJ with a Riva Girdle head with 35cc domes on a stock motor w/ factory b pipe, jetted stock carbs. My compression should be about 185 but is about 150 both cylinders. This was the case when I first installed it. I intended to get smaller domes but never got around to it. Now I want to bump my compression. I am not sure why the compression is low. The cylinder has never been removed from the cases. With the head off the sleeves look good, normal wear, and the rings look good from what I can see of them at top dead center. Squish test is .050. I believe the oem base gasket is .020. What do you recommend? Do you have a smaller base gasket? I dont think I will find 33cc dome for this head anymore.
