If you do some looking, you'll probably find that most of the locked threads involve 1 person. The only reason they were locked is because that 1 person can't or won't post his thoughts without blowing his top and resorting to name-calling and insults. I'm no prude, but I can only stand being called an asshole-cock-sucking-MF'r so many times in 1 day. :biggrin:

Damn I have to agree if you have escaped the asylum,why worry about those still in it?Enjoy your freedom while it lasts.If you have to attend freerides and have everyone like you to have fun may I suggest a different sport,maybe golf?

If you let a "message board" ruin the sport you love then you need to get a life. Sure...I have had my differences with people on here...everyone does at some point. Do I let it get to me? NO. Hey, I was just pointing it out from an outsiders view, If you feel the need to defend yourself than so be it. No need to try to explain I have been on this site since it started, so I have seen what has gone on even when paul and pete were best buds. This crap didn't just start with them.

I dont go to rides anymore because who wants to go hang out at high school anymore? Believe me, I am not missing anything. Been there done that got the T-shirts. Yes I love to ride and have been doing so longer than alot of the people on this site. The sport has been a great hobby. I see a hobby as something you can totally immerse yourself, not just riding. I loved the wrenching and hanging out with freinds pushing eachother to get better and so on. Lately it seems that all the cliques and drama have made me disinterested in the sport as a whole. I will always ride but just dont care to be as immersed in the sport as I have been in the past. So like you said I will just be riding and not worrying about the he said she said crap. Not that I have ever really worried about it but just get tired of hearing it , so why would I want to go to a ride and immerse myself in it.

And no I dont believe you have to be a arrogant punk jerk to advance the sport. There are many riders that are humbley advancing it just fine.

I wasn't saying you have to be a punk jerk to advance the sport, just that most riders are young and immaturity comes with that. It does take some cajones to try a lot of the advanced tricks, therefore, those same guys are the one's that tend to get cocky.

I disagree. Most riders are great people. There is only about 3% that is involved in the drama...and 2% of those leave it at home during the rides.

I have never been involved with or barely even heard any BS and I went to 8 rides this year. All of them a great time with great people.

i am with you 100% on that, i used to look this site site everyday sometimes like three times a day to see if anything came up. Now all i hear is people getting their rocks off on superjets and other people just butt kissing companies (not going to mention any names here). this place to me has just became lame, everywhere i look its the just the same ********, petty arguments and massive ass kissing. i will continue to go to the rides because they are a great time, but this site in my personal opinion is useless. i dont see much useful information anymore all i see is buy a b pipe, get an x-metal pole, and send your motor to x-scream.


i will go out and ride my fat terd of a kawi, and you know what, ill have a lot more fun doing it not knowing what the people of this sport are complaining or whining about on the internet....
