Alright, a little background here. Typically in the past I have bought RTR skis. Mainly because I am extremely impatient, but partially because I was not totally confident in my ability to build a top notch ride. After making a river of various repairs throughout the years, I now feel like this is something I can do. Plus, as much as I love this sport, I owe it to my self to go though the entire build process. .....not saying that I won't be wearing out Tricky and the 615 guys with a few questions here and there ...ha ha ha.

I bought a new DVX hull (50lbs with pump shoe). It arrived FAST (about a month), and amazingly clean. The attention to detail and quality is amazing. Zero complaints. I'll be running the new XS900RR with all the goods. Full spec 49's, PFP, XMetal trim/steering, TL, etc. As of today, it is out of paint, and headed to Toby's for turf. I'll be picking it up Sunday, and tackling the build shortly after. How bout that green? Ha ha.....it looks so sick.

I appreciate it guys. I'm dying to get it going. I've ridden a few DVX's in the past couple months, and XS has nailed it with this hull!

A couple different reasons. I need to learn to be just as good on a 900. Also, if everything goes well, I'd like to compete.

Not a huge update, but it has been a decent amount of work to get to this point. Turf turned out amazing. I'm a psycho about the smallest details, so I'm glad the extra time was put in to make it perfect. Also, it feels like total $hit to drill 25 meticulous holes in a brand new freshly painted carbon hull. I will never take for granted a perfectly aligned hood and hood latch as long as I live. Ha ha.....I got everything dead on, but man it makes you nervous for sure.
