so Im almost there. exhaust is completely in, cooling lines are all routed, I will need to to find a value to limit the cooling (water is still freezing im sure), msd is installed and hooked up..

I dont have much left: fuel, rideplate, and intake grate. Im stoked to get my new ATP intake grate, another part that will make everything work that much better.

What's cooling your head pipe. The last time you guys were talking about cooling lines I didn't follow how you did it. I ran tubing up to my bars and have a dual cooling setup. D-Roc how were you cooling your pipe separate from the motor. Maybe some pics would help. Thanks guys.

D-Roc

I forgot!
My pump has two lines, one line goes into the exhaust manifold that is dual tapped but tee'd together. My head is also dual tpped and tee' d back into one and then goes overboard. 2nd pump line goes to bottom of head pipe. Out the top of head pipe and teed to goto chamber stinger. And other part of the tee connection goes overboard with a restrict or so it will open the flow valve with some rpms.

the ski is all back together, we water tested it yesterday. air temperature was a balmy 3deg Celsius, or 37 Fahrenheit for you yanks :p

the ski ripped. huge power gains from last year, obviously to be expected with the JM motor, ATP 48mm, total loss, the list goes on. Major control/hook up gain with the ATP nozzle, Solas mag, and the c75 big hub.

I want to give COLOSSAL thanks to everyone that helped me out on this build, in one way or another:

Its one of those new solar power starters. The battery is located on the bulk head, right between the msd brain and the coils. if you look closely you should be able to see it.
