Ha ya that was my first install of footholds. It was pretty easy. I got extra supplies if you need some. Foam, fiberglass, and resin. I'm heading out to blythe gonna stay between koa and mcintyre on the river in my dads toyhauler.

Finished it up. Ready for the river next weekend.

Ive heard you could use diatomaceous earth instead of cabosil. Diatomaceous earth can be found at pool stores and probably home depot. Ive heard of people using foam that should be alright too you just need something to fill the void.

I have a sizzler on my squarenose with a 701 and the power is more mid range / top end. I think thats what was meant by getting a lower pitched prop with this pipe. Still makes good power.

Getting work done. Turf is done not as good as I hoped but it's ok. Pole and nose piece are just sitting there in the pics. Still gotta scrap off all the sticker glue and I got new DK1 cf numbers to put on.

Got some more work done today. Carbon didn't come out as good as I hoped maybe one to many heinekens. Think I'm done with glass.

Made a mess with foam today. That stuff sure does expand. Layed the glass on both sides. Tomorrow Ill move up to the nose and start glassing. Also ordered some cold fusion motor mounts from Jetmaniac today. :smile:

Ya I can't wait to see what kinda power this will put out. The quality of the cylinder was top notch and the exhaust ports are huge.

Ya I scrubbed it with degreaser but still has some stains on the bottem. Should look real nice with the carbon if I don't F it up.

Bought this ski about a year ago did some minor mods to it now its time to dump some real money in this ski. Started about a week ago trying to hit it hard. I need to get it done by next month for the river. I started collecting parts over a month ago to have everything ready to put together...

x2 on the flywheel lock that things worth every penny. Also might wanna get a coupler tool that makes it real nice getting the coupler off instead of using a pry bar.

What tank you gonna run? I just use my fuel selector as my gauge on my SJ. Once I need to switch to reserve I know roughly how much gas I have.

Way too high. For the hood some years not sure which but i know 01 flake off because their painted not gel coated and no prep work was done for the paint.

A 61x cylinder wont bolt right up you should swap the cases anyways. Im gonna have some 61x cases for sale pretty soon have reeds and intake too. Also you should swap the CDI because of the lower rev limit.

Those prices are pretty high just keep looking you should be able to find a clean RN for 3-4. Have cash in hand ready to go cuz they sell quick around here.

Drop a 701 in it that motors probably done.
