Blaster pipe in a SN SJ

I have heard of it being done, and have a WB limited chamber I plan on putting in my SN SJ eventually. From what I remember reading, it required hammering, bending, and even altering the gas tank, but that it provided more brap off the start than the SJ limited chamber. When I reinforce...

I have two water boxes, both are after market, and I am trying to decide which one to install on my blaster. It has a 61x/760, single sbn44, factory-b limited, and rear exhaust. I think the first is a Factory pipe one, but I dont know about the other. I do know I sawed off the two...

I am about to freak out.

Instead of buying a motorcycle, invest in a top of the line dry suit, and the cold wether will be almost not an issue anymore. ;)

    Ideas for 08!

    1. Get the Zone close enough to the Beach entrance to beach cart skis. (bigger zone is always better) This is at the top of our list to work out, but is really up to the City and availability. Will see what can be accomplished. 2. Fuel up Area closer to the water This was set by the...

    heat shrink tubing

It takes a bit, dries like glue, 45min to an hour perhaps, to fully dry, at least when I used it. I would. You can put it over just about anything. think of it like thick greese, and that is the consistancy of it. Kinda, but I would advise cleaning as best as possible.

Best Bilge Outlet Location for Blaster

I am running a rule 850gph, and the outlet nozzle has a 90degree bend on the inside of the hull to help with the hose attachment, but it is straight out on the external side. Just like these, but on the inside of the hull, the fitting has an additional 90 degree bend. The 90 degree...

Best Bilge Outlet Location for Blaster

I should do that, but as I had a start/stop switch failure, and removed the throttle screw and tied off the kill switch, I was able to just jump on the back, hit start, and take off. If it wasnt so dangerous, I would keep my ski that way. WAY easier than a side start, as I could jump up and...

Best Bilge Outlet Location for Blaster

There have been a few times I had to get back on while the pump was running. Once when I broke off a duck bill, (which I no longer use), and other times when I wanted to get out of the break, and couldnt wait for the bildge to finish. I really like that placement, in theroy, but given the...

I thought about that, but then I figured it would be squirting me in the face when I tried to board the ski. lol

Best Bilge Outlet Location for Blaster

That was one of the few good locations we discussed. As long as you were willing to run the needed bildge line, you could put it in a position so it pumped water out just like a pisser, and it sure could be mounted above the water line.

Best Bilge Outlet Location for Blaster

Install footstraps, and that will no longer be a concern! One of the best additions I did! As to other locations, I just finished repainting my hull, and still have not figured out a better place then where I removed the reserve knob from. Might get a little dirty water on the mats, but I...

    B pipe coupler?

I use a standard FPP on my Limited Pipe, and it has held up well for two seasons now. My Dry pipe blew out the coupler twice in the same season, until I bought a high temp one from here: http://www.boostcontroller.com/index.php?category=121 I would recommend buying an extra just in case...
