single carb ,, ,sounds like a carb rebuild ... reason why I say that is your going to open it up to check the internal fuel filters . Might as well check and replace needles and spring.

if it a dual carb ,, check the connector linkage. My set screw wasn't tight on the second one .. felt like I had one cylinder. I jumped up and down on ski and then the it caught till i got off it.

i have smaller buoys as well, but nit sure about the date. I also want to add that Pace Bend there is a small fee to so if we have to pay park fees I am still down.
