Ok,, so I am looking to upgrade my 650sx intake . I seen an adapter being sold to fit a 44mm carb on the stock or should i not mess with it and replace the manifold completely. Does the adapter not really work , i suspect the stock manifold will still limit the airflow.
Friends and I are going to hang out at emma long park. Going to grill ,drink and ski around. Just thought I'll let anyone here know since its an open invite. We do have a facebook group and event if you care to acknowledge there. Again this is just day and it may be just my blaster and hopefully...
Also like to include that with the stock single carb it runs fine.... so not sure if its a crack seal... Could not having the pulse hoses clamped be the reason? its the only tubing i do not have clamped at the moment and just thought about it during me posting this....
it didn't help me to much because I do not understand what most of it means but here ya go
Everything you need is in this post from Randy at Watcon. http://www.x-h2o.com/threads/39846
sorry,, they are 38mm BN... these were used from some other 650sx so i have no clue on jetting. I suspect i have to rebuiuld the carbs or something which I do not know how . Almost tempted to pay someone ..lol
i can't for the life of me fiugure out my low and High on this damn thing.
when i had the low point to 1 1/2 turns out and the top screw 3 turns out it goes but starts to BAh.. then Bah ..then Bah like power strokes or something but seemed to run ok besides that.
I read on this site...
So i added new carbs to the ski and was wonder what is the peak RPM of a 650sx motor?
Also when it runs out of the water it makes rattles sounds from the shaft but in the water it purrs like a kitten ... should I be worried or should i be looking to replace something?
