To really get the most out of the engines, PowerFactor exhaust, MSD total loss, 48-49mm carbs, and a Mag pump. If you can afford it than the Team Xscream 10mil 900 is the best. After that I'd say PHP 898. Just my .02

Run a lanyard, better safe than sorry. Only time i don't run one is when I'm competing. Even then it sketches me out. I've had by old BOB take off on me, heart stopping watching it plain out with me not on it and nothing I could do.

I believe that weight is without hood, think the hood comes in around 6-7lbs. I could be wrong thou

Those are the air intakes on the back of the hood. Need a lot of air to feed these engines
