Great video all around. Love the song choice too! Can't believe someone beat me to using that song in a video, I really thought I had a hidden gem there haha!
Checked my head gasket and it was very corroded, but none of the holes were plugged. Not sure how to tell the difference between the 61x and 62t head gasket. All the holes appeared to line up though. I have now checked all of the cooling paths, and they are all clear. Is doesn't look like the...
Should have menitoned this, but I actually was running a 4mm restrictor in the cooling line out of the front head outlet. When the FCV didn't open I unhooked both the front and rear lines from the head and just let them dump into the hull temporarily with the ski tied to a tree, and the front...
I have a RN Superjet with a 62T/62T 701 out of a WaveRaider. The ski has stock dual 38's with stock FA (2 of 3 screens have been removed), stock head, Factory B-pipe, and dual cooling. It has always had a low end bog/hesitation that I haven't been able to figure out. I have two main questions...
I took the waterbox out already and it doesn't sound like there are any loose pieces shaking around in it. I need to get it back together and start doing some testing.
Yeah I have a high speed spray now. I will check when the FCV opens and go from there.
I read through that long cooling thread and saw that many people route the way you are talking about, but most agreed that both ways will work well. I opted for the parallel cooling routing so I can fine tune...
Not to say you or Zack are wrong necessarily but with those screws backed out a ways and the chamber hooked to a garden hose I was very surprised by how much water would flow through those holes. If that didn't keep it cool idk what did because I didn't change anything else in my cooling from...
It isn't my first time with the FCV; I have ran it since I bought the ski 3 years ago. You did give me an idea though... maybe its not that my pissers or FCV changed, but its that my head pipe adjustment screws did. If the lower or mid screw was dumping a bunch of water before (not sure if it...
Only a few weeks til the Dells Freeride, and I would really appreciate some help with this one...
I have a 701 RN Superjet with a B Pipe, stock waterbox, and dual cooling with a FCV. The cooling is routed pretty much identical to the picture below; with the only difference being that I used a Y...
Looks good! Excited to see it all coated and assembled. I just had my entire exhaust ceramic coated flat black and I'm really pleased with how it turned out. Now I need a ADA head to add that bling factor haha!
Curious if you laser cut the block off plates for the engine? If you did, how did...
I noticed you blasted your Speedwerx head like you plan to coat it and use it, but JM posted a pic of an ADA head when he said he has parts being shipped to you... Did you order an ADA head as well? If you did, why aren't you using the Speedwerx head? Is there something wrong with it?
Masterblaster, I apologize in advance for the long list of questions but here it goes...I have the issue where my bottom screw still gushes tons of water even with the screw all the way closed. The hole must not be centered perfectly, and I'm trying to fix it.
I see you mentioned using an...
Obviously the sanding is polishing it up well, but I would recommend taking a pressure washer to it as well. You would be surprised at how much of a difference that will make in a short amount of time, especially in the tight areas that are tough to sand.
Main thing on my list is replacing all of the corroded wiring... which means replacing almost all of the wiring on the ski haha. I tore it all apart last week to start fixing it. The other thing I would like to do is make it breathe through the pole and build my own carbon hood, but I need to...
I think I just got cyber bullied  haha
I tried getting Ezra out to take more footage last weekend, but it just didn't work out. I'm not giving up yet though!
Guess YouTube doesn't like Nebraska! haha. I just tried it on my computer and it works. I do know that it won't work on mobile devices though... unless you find it on Vimeo that is.
