You can see the line I put thru the bilge tube and the added fitting to the pump in the other pic. Just need to drill n tap the pump at the opposite side of the stock cooling supply fitting. I filled the bilge siphon tube on the reduction nozzle with epoxy.
Id have to pull the rideplate to get...
Ok here's my setup. Dual cooling using the bilge siphon as the secondary, both routed to individual fittings on the exh manifold. Head is also dual tapped with one going to bypass and the other going to the low fitting on the head pipe, upper fitting on head pipe routes to a T with one line...
Thanks for sharing and sorry to hear this. Yet another hull/builder added to the list to stay away from.
The stand up jetski community is too small to not worry about quality, customer service and reputation.
I hope they dont sell another single hull
Holy smokes!!! You truly are doing an amazing job! Hats off to you!
The work day definitely goes by quicker when you spend it reading every post on the 27 pages of this thread! haha
I have a B pipe i can use but Id like to keep the kawi tank/waterbox setup. If i cant make that work i guess Ill have to resort to try n swap for a blaster chamber
again i appreciate the feedback... unfortunately if you look at the rad dudes conversion plate closer you will see that it is to allow a yamaha based pipe to be mounted to a kawasaki based motor. I want to do the reverse... put a kawi pipe on a yamaha motor.
somebody made some a while ago and Rhaas had said they were in the works. Was hoping there might be one around somewhere i could buy.
Here is what it looks like
Thanks for the replies fellas.
Vumad you are correct. The bolt alignment between the yamaha manifold and the kawasaki head pipe do not work.
I have both kawasaki and yamaha factory pipes but want to keep most of the kawasaki setup (tank, waterbox, etc) and swap in a yamaha motor with the rhaas...
Wondering if anybody is making/selling an adapter plate to mount a Kawi exhaust manifold on a Yamaha motor. Trying to put a 61x in my Sxi Pro and would like to use the Kawi pipe/tank/waterbox etc
