try tapping on the edge of the hex with a screwdriver and hammer to break it loose. be careful prob could also try getting a wrench on it from the top

you're gettin there.... try and take up some slack in the cable ends to center the nozzle. shouldnt hit the reduc nozzle in either direction

Obviously check out the bearings and if you havnt changed impeller Id highly suggest it. Id say its in top three of my priority "to do" mods. Along with steering and exhaust. Nevertheless, you dont really need to drop the pump to change the cable. Its tight but you can do it! ....thats what...

Maybe with an engine compartment pic it would be obvious but if I got a counterfeit hull u can bet Id be making it aware with pics showing the obvious reasons not just one showing a re-turfed tray
