Pull the Carbs & exhaust...use a temp freeze plugs to block openings...you'll need to make an adaptor for spark plug hole....take something like a Blood pressure ball & pump 5-6' of air into engine. If it holds that pressure your Crank seals are good....good luck. I am doing 1200 into a B1.

Yip...I notched my rear bond rail & the ski runs perfect....watch where the water hits teh bond rail...you'll see it if you pay attention to the rear of the ski

You need to rebore, the pistons looks stock. Cylinder walls look tore up. Call Chris @ Jetmaniac, he'll hook you up with needed parts.

Jetmaniac will have what you need, quality affordable parts...plus a ton of knowledge. You Compression is low for an aftermarket head. You'll have probably $400- $500 in parts/ boring if you do your topend yourself. Sure there are some local Guys that can help you. You can run all the Gas thru...

This is what i did on my 08....the water hits the corner of the Gunwale & is forced down causing the ski to be unstable .....going left to right , Just ride your ski & pay attention to where the spray is going.

Pull the topend...check the bore & install new Piston / rings, new o'rings on Head. This way you'll have an idea what condition your engine is in which in turn will give you peace of mind. 155 psi is low for that head...should be arond 170/180
