    Who can thread a coupler?

I can bore it and tap it, but I’m not buying the tap for just one job. https://rover.ebay.com/rover/0/0/0?mpre=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ebay.com%2Fulk%2Fitm%2F183522937361

    760 flywheel and zeeltronics

Sorry I never saw this. I lighten 760s a lot now.

What's this flywheel for, and can it be saved?

Definitely Yamaha. I’m leaning towards 61x rather than 62t. Would need to measure it to be certain. It doesn’t look like it’s repairable, though. You might try soaking it in something like evaporust to see if the rust goes down and you can get the stator clearance back.

DIY Total loss or MSD TL upgrade box 270USD?

DIY Total loss or MSD TL upgrade box 270USD?

So I (PFM) have done a couple 760 flywheels for the same person, one charging and one total loss style with no magnets. Apparently the difference between magnets and no magnets was so noticeable that his friend who tried both back to back and initially wanted a charging system, wouldn’t give the...

Finally got everything together- I can offer kits to convert your Polaris based power valve engine, like EME, Power Factor, or stock cylinders from those big, ugly stock assemblies to a low profile setup. Besides looking better, they clear a B-Pipe with no need to clearance it. I will need to...
