I shipped a warranty v3 chamber in October to a guy in France who shipped me back a destroyed v2.
Even through I was very reluctant to do so as the pipe was completely destroyed and in unrepairable condition.
The pipe was not installed properly as it was cocked in exh manifold and the inner...
spoken like a true jack wagon with no knowledge of facts.
I asked for 100 deposit on a 650 dollar pipe.
That doesn't even cover the material expenses.
To give you an example. I collected 2700 in deposits and spent 5300 in laser patterns.
So yea your business moto makes great sense collect...
Sorry guys, I have been updating Facebook TNT performance on the pipes not here.
All the pipes who have put down deposits will have them by end of Jan.
I haven't been coming on and reading posts much as the eye strain is similar to welding and if I can chat on here I could be using that...
No the 800 mod motor was a race built skidoo motor package to install into the 440mxzx. It's a twin
It's carbureted twin or single pipe configuration.
2004-2008 I believe
You can put the 800 motor in.
I have a 880 cat motor I did in a ski.
But the 800 won't make 160 hp in a watercraft with a wet pipe.
Even a dry pipe that will allow the motor to pull off the bottom as needed for direct drive you gonna drop 10hp.
But the rest of the motor is all good to go...
If you wanna know where you are Facebook message me or text me with your PayPal name.
I will look you up in payment order see where you are on the list.
But everyone who paid in first 25 will have there pipe shipped by end of Jan.
I have spent a lot of time working on FFF hull.
And there no different then anyone else who came to market with some issues.
But Brandon hammers that boat hard and it takes a good beating.
There has been some good improvements in the hull in last year.
For a guy like me I enjoy working on...
If you see a Vw bug that someone cut up and turned into a baja bug.
Can you tell it's a bug from a picture.
You have to remember I see ever part of my chambers in pieces thousands of times
They get laid out in so many different ways.
Besides inbuilt several chambers similar to that over the...
Things are little behind because my accident.
But I have the first prototype finished
Gonna dontesting with it this week make sure it performes as good as the original.
Then I will start production.
So the first ten on list will be seeing them in next 3 weeks 4-5 weeks for the rest
There some people who say negative about a set of buck shots.
But very few know the three different styles of there carb.
Which buckshots are they?
Short brass emulsion tube, long bras tapered emulsion tube or anular discharge bomb site.
Or billet bomsite style ??
37, ok now we on same page.
Sorry for that.
But if I bore 62t at a 6.5 deg taper I can get a 89.5 mm final size at end.
But it will act as if it's 92mm in a straight bore.
So if your tight in the pump it will help to taper bore the nozzle.
But if your not heavily propped it won't help the...
37, I read you draw draft comment.
But you couldn't be more wrong.
Take 61x nozzle small taper long constant.
Then take the 62t nozzle short constant. Longer taper.
In a race boat 62t nozzle with the exact same size bore is good for .6-.8 tenths of a mph.
In a boat that goes 56 plus mph...
More oil makes more power.
I can prove it to u on dyno over and over.
Stopped making more power once I got bellow 16to1 oil ratio.
32to1 is best compromise
Never shim your power valves. The shims wear into the body and over sometimes a very short time the valve can wear the stop and become to close and destroy your engine. Power valves should be cut to clearance
My best advice to keep these big motors alive is to keep close eye on everything.
1- pump gas means 9 heat range plug.
2- dial boat in with some race gas mixed in with your pump gas and once you have the boat singing a sweet tune then pull away your race gas and make sure you keep it rich...
