The record right now on this machine is 3 flips in a row! So it combos as well. Made for a fun challenge for all who rode it at Brave the wave this past weekend
its a fun ski, flips & spins with ease. Perfect backup ski to keep me on the water until my new hull arrives.
best part is the increased fuel mileage hah…5 gallons goes a long way in this setup
Take a decent sized piece of turf and lay over carbs without your filters on…press down, cut out holes. Reinstall, then put your filters on and wrap. That’s what I’ve seen many do with that issue
Finally got this thing together…couple hiccups along the way. Hoping to get this thing on the water in the next few nights. Need to get a coupler cover and replace the ugly stock spark plug boots but I’m happy with how it all went together!
Turn your idle down…once ski gets “primed” back up it will be normal
I turn my idle screw back 180 degrees 3 times (1.5 turns) on initial startup each time I ride when warming up the ski out of the water
Anyone know where I can get the nuts for the pinch bolt on the superfreak handlepole bracket? Or know the size? Would like to double up on these to keep the pole tight
Havent undated in a while. Here was the outcome of this project. Pretty pleased considering first time / wet layup no bag. Did 6 layers of carbon and this thing is stupid strong. No flex and came out at .706 lbs
