Here is my Q8 build back in the day. This was one of my favorite moments in my jet skiing career, going from an SXR to the Q8. Felt like I added 100ccs under the hood. I ran stock sxr driveline including the stock pump. I think the only thing I had to do was get the 650sx driveshaft and ran...
For me, I like to be as "centered" on the ski as possible. But we kinda cheated here and went off the marks on the pole pad on the hood to gauge where to set. Will have a better idea when we get this thing on the water.

run a t or y-fitting before the spray bar...the key to running the wet pipe setup is to build heat in the chamber...if you feed the water jacket you are defeating the purpose of the conversion...shoot me a PM and I can help you so we dont clog up this thread
Is this a normal PFP chamber? if so you do NOT want to feed the chamber as well as the spray bar. You want everything blocked off on the chamber with the exception of the stinger to still feed water to the waterbox
If I was in your shoes, I would convert the PFP to a electronic water injection setup. Get the benefits of the wet pipe down low and still have the mid/top of the PFP.
This past Friday @mr.fixitman760 and I installed the RRP Billet Lightweight Pole. Bushings had to be sanded quite a bit to fit between the brackets but ultimately the install went very smooth. Breather tubes were already drilled. Killed me to cut the fresh carbon tubes but we had to. Ended...
Been a long time since I've done a build thread on here. Always wanted one but was finally able to acquire a Carbon SF Circus. My DVX will remain my flatwater freestyle machine, so the plan is for this to be a backup ski / casual lake ripper and maybe a great lakes surf boat with a different...
Sent @Sasquachcrap a driveshaft on Monday and it arrived at his place Thursday. Already arrived back here today (Sunday). Awesome service and communication! Highly recommend
