I also had a repair similar to this, however much smaller- mine was saturated but was thickened epoxy. so im thinking the thickening agent caused it to appear non saturated.

Coming from someone who has done this swap, the 900 triple swap, yamaha 701 and 760 swaps and built kawi 750s. Dont do it. They are 2 heavy with an 1100. It is not a fun playful ski. But do yourself a favor and go to pwctoday.com and search these builds. Lots of info there.

Lmao, very sarcastic. Started a new career, super busy with that and the usual holiday stuff happening plus I am getting married in 30ish days. So the money is spent, the time is spent.... guess I'll just have to wait for a bit.

I converted the RIP to a total loss setup with zeeltronics. And had the flywheel magnets removed and lightened as well. It now in the 30 and 40s here so it will wait a few months to see if that helps.

Yea, it's his prototype glass version. Not the carbon one. He offered it up for cheap I couldn't pass it up! He isnt selling the carbon one yet. But I think he is planning on making them in the future.
