Ok silly question.... if you remove the magnets from a stock flywheel and stock ignition setup will the ski still run?

All I have done is get a new gp800 flywheel, removed the magnets and had what was left lightened. Took off about 1.5 lbs. Just installed it today. Will hopefully have a ride report on Sunday.

Lol, not sure it's a bad thing. Here in the bay area after pg&e was deemed responsible for some of the fires last year they now turn the power off when ever its windy... solar would be awesome along with a power wall. F OFF PG&E!!! They have a huge fine and owe lots of money, they even talked...

Exciting.... just got the time off from work. Jan 5th to the 28th. Making a road trip with my lady. California to Florida. Southern route, Texas, Louisiana and Alabama and a few others. Plan to ride along the way. Bringing at least 1 ski maybe 4.

Lol, like I said I hadn't planned on selling. So I would need a compelling offer. Motor has maybe 2 hrs on it... actually less. 5 or 6 tanks of gas.

Why did you have to use special motor plates for the motor mounts?

I will tell you my WDK RIP seems to really only be flat water oriented. It doesnt seem stable enough at speed to ride surf. I have extended the ride plate a few inches which helped dramatically, but I wouldn't reccomend it for the surf.

The top end was old and loose. I knew it was going to go at some point. Just didnt realize it would be so dramatic... Shopping list now inclues, New cases- New crank- New pistons- Fresh bore and hone- New gaskets- Oddly enough what's not on the list is new domes for the ada head, they were...

Just for your viewing pleasure Kawasaki x2, 750 small pin. Best performance was 7200/7300 rpms 53/54 mph. Was just cruising around, maybe 1/2 throttle. Starting missing. Went to shore checked plugs.... nope, not the issue. Was 3 to 4 miles away from a thing. Made it home under it's own...

I have a RN SJ I put together for a friend. Threw in a 62t motor out of some sit-down we had laying around. However there is no Airbox for the dual 38's- Looking for a cheap one, OEM is just fine let me know what you have
